Jeremy Geller has achieved more than $50 million dollars in settlements and verdicts during his still-young legal career. Jeremy is an aggressive litigator and will never be outworked on any of his cases.

He is undefeated at trial and has continually achieved top tier results on behalf of his injured clients and their families. He is a true advocate and works tirelessly to ensure maximum compensation for his clients.

Jeremy has achieved numerous million dollar recoveries for his clients in all types of injury cases. He recently received a $1,500,000 settlement on behalf of a client seriously injured at a local concert venue. There were no witnesses to the incident, but through inventive discovery, Jeremy was able to prove the venue was negligent and failed to provide adequate security.

Jeremy achieved a $1,200,000 settlement for clients injured in a motor vehicle accident. The clients had a previous attorney who had recommended a significantly lower settlement, but Jeremy took over the case and pressed forward to trial to secure a 7 figure result. He also received a $1,000,000 settlement on behalf of a Metra employee who was injured on the job and a $1,100,000 settlement on behalf of a construction worker injured when a wall collapsed at a jobsite.

Jeremy is dynamic in the courtroom and has a proven track record of success. “Jeremy has a creative mind and a strong courtroom presence,” said Steven Malitz, partner at Arnstein & Lehr. “He can relate to a jury, and has a true talent for focusing on an argument and effectively persuading a jury on that issue to win his case.” Jeremy takes great pride in using his creativity to effectively demonstrate the severity of his client’s injuries.

Retired Judge John Ward said that Geller has earned deserved praise for the many seven-figure resolutions he has earned for his clients. “In all areas of the law, there are top attorneys who practice in an unusually artful and effective manner,” Ward said. “Mr. Geller is that type of attorney relative to significant injury cases.”

Ward also praised Geller for the multiple bad-faith verdicts this young attorney has obtained for his clients. To obtain a bad-faith verdict, attorneys must have unwavering faith in their judgment and assessment of a case, Ward said. They must also be doggedly persistent when it comes to obtaining a full measure of damages

“There are not many bad-faith verdicts that come out of the courthouse, but those that do have a common thread, namely an attorney with unusual abilities,” Ward said.

In addition to building a thriving legal practice “Jeremy takes very seriously his commitment to making a positive impact on the community” said Scott Entin, partner at Miner, Barnhill & Galland. He served as the President of the Illinois Council on Problem Gambling and was integral in establishing this Council as one of the premier agencies in the state to provide resources to problem gamblers. He is also on the Board of Directors of John Marshall Alumni Association to help give back to his alma mater. He is the Commissioner of a local bowling league and lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Stacy and two children.

“Jeremy is a very aggressive attorney who knows how to use his complex skill set to get the best results for his clients,” said Chicago attorney Shawn Robin. “He is also adept at thinking outside of the box in order to address challenges that come his way throughout the course of a case.”
