Citing maritime law, a federal court in New Jersey recently rejected an asbestos claim against manufacturing giant General Electric Co.U.S. District Judge Karen M. Williams of the District of New Jersey granted a summary judgment motion filed by defendant GE because, in accordance with maritime law, plaintiff Samuel R.
