A recent asbestos liability case from Delaware called into question the plaintiff’s medical evidence and the matter of causation.In In re Asbestos Litigation, CV N14C-03-079 ASB, 2017 WL 3051483 (Del. 2nd Circuit splits on ‘bad faith’ in eminent domain case
