Grogan: Policy won’t create ‘revolving door’

A policy change allowing lawyers to handle only small pieces of a person’s civil matter isn’t likely to create a confusing “revolving door” of attorneys in cases, Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Deputy Administrator James J. Grogan said today.
