16 ounces frozen shelled edamame
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine ingredients in a large bowl; mix until well-coated. Spread edamame on large baking sheet and cook 40 to 45 minutes until cheese lightly browns.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
They also taste great added to salads.
