Law enforcement officers were justified in believing that a woman who opened the door of an apartment dressed in a bathrobe had the authority to consent to a search of the premises, a federal judge has held. In a written opinion, U.S. District Judge Ronald A. Guzman denied a motion to suppress evidence seized by Drug Enforcement Administration agents during the search.
