Moultrie County deputies reported finding 479 grams of methamphetamine and gear for manufacturing meth in Dustin Ferris’ book bag when they searched the trunk of Mindy Deweese’s 2001 Lincoln after the driver, Gretchen Biddle, was pulled over for speeding and arrested for driving while her license was revoked. Judge rejects ‘specific patient rule’ in case over false claims, kickbacks
