JIB files complaint over judges’ affair

Two downstate circuit judges are facing an ethics complaint stemming from their undisclosed extramarital affair. The Judicial Inquiry Board filed its complaint Thursday against 11th Judicial Circuit Judges Scott D. Drazewski and Rebecca S. Foley. He currently presides over criminal cases, and she hears major civil cases at the McLean County Courthouse in Bloomington. In 1995, Foley married Joseph W.
