Suburban lawyer wins new discipline hearing

A lawyer accused of conversion should get a new disciplinary hearing because the first panel to hear the case violated a rule by considering written closing summations using PowerPoint slides. That’s the recommendation — a rare one — from an Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Review Board panel in the case of Donald P.
