Lawyers entering the Daley Center will need new ID cards starting next month to get through security turnstiles, the Cook County sheriff’s office said Thursday. The change is another step in the renovations made to the 49-year-old building’s two lobbies in June. Turnstiles installed along the southern side of each lobby will allow attorneys, judges and other authorized cardholders to enter the building by tapping their ID against a sensor.
