Where the Illinois Parentage Act supported a U.S. District Court judge’s refusal to order a DNA test of a purported child of the deceased holder of a life insurance policy, there was no error. The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a decision by U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve. Lenord Jones, a hospital orderly, was murdered in south suburban Harvey in 2011.
