Eight years ago, Mark E. Wojcik launched the Global Legal Skills Conference at The John Marshall Law School. The turnout was strong — 60 people from across the U.S., with a sprinkling of attendees from other countries. Chicago has hosted twice since then. So has Monterrey, Mexico. And San Juan, Costa Rica.
