Judge asked to delay medical pot permits
A Cook County judge is considering a request to halt the medical marijuana permit process in one part of Illinois.
Circuit Judge Kathleen G. Kennedy heard arguments Tuesday from a company that failed to win a permit to grow medical marijuana and then sued the state.
