A Chicago lawyer can pursue his claims alleging the Cook County circuit clerk retaliated against him for filing lawsuits against her, a federal judge has ruled. The underlying claims were brought by David A. Novoselsky of Novoselsky Law Offices against Circuit Clerk Dorothy A. Brown and Cook County. U.S. District Judge Charles R.
