Disbarred lawyer may get second chance

A disbarred Inverness lawyer convicted in a mortgage fraud case should be readmitted to the practice of law with conditions, an Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Review Board panel has recommended. In September 2014, an ARDC Hearing Board panel was opposed to having Robert M. Voltl’s law license reinstated.
