A woman who was fired following an altercation with her husband does not have a claim for discrimination against the couple’s mutual employer, a federal judge has held. In a written opinion Tuesday, U.S. District Judge George M. Marovich conceded that S&C Electric Co. discharged Victoria House but allowed her husband to remain on the job after the incident.
