Donail Weems was having trouble breathing while at home with his mother. The 11-year-old suffered from asthma and his inhaler wasn’t working. His mother called an ambulance, which arrived shortly after and took him to a hospital. The doctors at that hospital soon determined they couldn’t give Donail the help he needed.
