ARDC panel urges suspension for suburban lawyer

A Geneva lawyer should lose his law license indefinitely because he allegedly neglected a client matter and failed to return an unearned fee, a lawyer-discipline panel recommended. An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board panel urged that Peter O. Muldoon be suspended for six months and until further order by the Illinois Supreme Court.
