In wake of merger, nine MBT lawyers peel off to Hinshaw

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP has added nine lawyers from Meckler, Bulger, Tilson, Marick & Pearson LLP as that firm prepares to merge into Cozen, O’Connor LLP on June 1.The eight partners and an associate, led by Michael M. Marick and Scott M. Seaman, said they chose not to join Cozen, O’Connor because they were drawn to Hinshaw & Culbertson’s 150-lawyer insurance industry practice.MBT on Thursday said it would combine with Cozen, O’Connor, bringing the Philadelphia-founded firm to 60 …
