Arbitration award sends $29.7M to co-defendants

Two companies that supplied and sold an allegedly harmful grout sealer will receive nearly $30 million from a co-defendant in underlying personal-injury litigation.An arbitrator made the award to the Aurora-based Roanoke Companies Group and Home Depot Inc. in their claim against Missouri-based Aerofil Technology Inc.Roanoke, Home Depot and Aerofil were named as defendants in lawsuits over Stand ‘n Seal spray-on grout sealer, manufactured by Aerofil and sold under Roanoke’s Tile Perfect brand at Home Depot …
