I understand that Gov. Bruce Rauner is a hunter, so he should know the difference between a shotgun blast and a rifle shot. A month ago, he used a wide-spray shotgun blast when he called the Illinois Supreme Court and the bar of the state part of a corrupt system. He would have been better served by a rifle shot.If his aim was to provoke discussions about the process for selecting judges, he certainly did that. Judge rejects ‘specific patient rule’ in case over false claims, kickbacks
