In yet another leadership change at an Illinois law school, University of Chicago Law School has named Thomas J. Miles its new dean.Miles, 47, is the third new dean named at an Illinois law school this year, joining Jennifer L. Rosato Perea at DePaul University College of Law and Vikram D. Amar at University of Illinois College of Law.Mark W.
