Hearing Board: Disbar lawyer for criminal conduct

A lawyer who was convicted of obstructing justice in a federal investigation and filing a false income tax return and subsequently sentenced to seven months in prison should be disbarred, an attorney-discipline panel has urged.The Illinois Attorney Registration & Discipline Hearing Board suggested the sanction on Thursday for 51-year-old Bradley F.
