Two things will help your lifting program over the dog days:The first is to make sure you stay hydrated. Bring water or other hydration with you for workout, but also hydrate during the entire day.The second is rest. Make sure you are taking time between your lifting sets, and despite the urge to be out late, getting a full night’s sleep.
