Judge dismisses suit over legal directory’s paid ads

A lawyer’s suit alleging a legal directory website misappropriated his identity by placing competing attorney’s ads on his profile was dismissed Monday after a federal judge found the site’s practices are protected by the First Amendment.Plaintiff John K.
