Suspension stays for lawyer who bought clients’ foreclosed house

An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Review Board has recommended that a Jacksonville attorney be suspended for one year and until further order of the court for buying a home from his clients in a foreclosure sale, taking a loan from another client and making false representations to a bank.The Illinois Supreme Court already ordered an interim suspension for G.
