Temps can’t sue wagon maker after workers’ comp from own agency

Two temporary employees of Chicago-based toy wagon maker Radio Flyer cannot sue the company for damages after accepting workers’ compensation benefits from their agency for injuries they received in a car crash, a state appeals panel ruled Wednesday.Maria Morales and Maricela Sanchez were employees of Express Employment Professionals who were loaned to Radio Flyer.
