Panel tells truckers’ tiff to hit the road

A state appeals panel on Friday defused a simmering dispute between a brokerage firm for delivery services and a trucking company it contracted with, finding that neither side presented enough evidence to claim damages.This means the three-year legal fight between All Access International Inc., a Glendale Heights-based firm that arranges delivery services between clients and trucking companies, and Continental Group LLC, a now-defunct owner-operator, has ended with neither side winning anything.The 1st District Appellate …
