ARDC review board: Suspend attorney for alleged inaction, involvement in fraud

A disciplinary panel has recommended that Inverness attorney Nancy Lee Carlson be suspended for six months for failing to act diligently in a foreclosure matter and for allegedly helping her clients commit fraud in a second case.An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Review Board wrote in a report filed on March 22 that it recommends Carlson, 62, a sole practitioner, be suspended for her representation in the two unrelated matters that date back to 2007 and 2008.In the first count of alleged misconduct …
