A federal judge on Tuesday decided against dismissing a class-action lawsuit against a dietary supplement company, NaturMed Inc., also known as Institute for Vibrant Living, accusing it of violating federal and state advertising laws.The plaintiff, Mary Ann Nichols of Chicago, has accused the company of breaches of warranty and deceptive practices in the advertising of a drink supplement the company manufactures, All Day Energy Greens, after she found it didn’t achieve statements on the label that claimed it would …
