Flight fight might incite slight rewrite of flyers’ rights

SPRINGFIELD — The incident at O’Hare International Airport earlier this month that was captured in a viral video, which shows airport police dragging a limp passenger off a United Airlines flight, has sparked outrage, led to policy changes at the airline and even yielded hearings before the Chicago City Council.The incident has also prompted a bill in the state legislature that aims to protect airline passengers from facing abusive treatment in the future.The bill was filed by Rep.
