A state appeals panel on Tuesday revived the mesothelioma lawsuit filed by a now-deceased Alabama drywall finisher who briefly worked in Illinois during the 1960s.The 1st District Appellate Court ordered a new trial in the lawsuit spearheaded by the estate of Ronnie A.
