Contribution flips case to defense win

A Lake County jury entered a defense verdict last month in a case stemming from a car crash that left the plaintiff epileptic.A jury ruled in favor of the defendants, Khalid C. Cobb and Frontier Star LLC, a restaurant franchise that owned Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. restaurants in several states, before filing for bankruptcy last year.The case of Stephen R. Kent v. Khalid C.
