Illinois high court e-filing platform launches tonight

Wednesday is the last day to file electronically with the Illinois Supreme Court before its new vendor’s service takes effect at midnight.The high court announced that the existing i2File platform will shutter at 11:59 p.m., and users will need to access the court’s new eFileIL platform at efile.illinoiscourts.gov starting on Thursday.The change comes as part of a broad effort to align all state courts’ electronic filing on a single platform that can integrate with each court’s case-management …
