A state appeals panel last week upheld the rejection of a man’s concealed carry license application after two law enforcement agencies argued he was too dangerous for the special privilege.Plaintiff Michael White argued the rejection of his concealed carry application was based on old or inaccurate data.But the 1st District Appellate Court on Wednesday found the state Firearm Concealed Carry Act was broad enough to allow the Review Board to consider the full scope of an applicant’s criminal history.“The …
