ARDC panel wants to suspend former Arnstein associate

An Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has called for former Arnstein & Lehr LLP associate Julie Ann Meyer to be suspended for one year and until further order for neglecting three client matters before she was fired.In a default proceeding last week, the board found that Meyer allegedly neglected three cases that led the firm to pay one client more than $110,000 to resolve any potential claims against it.According to the ARDC administrator’s complaint filed in August, Meyer, 34 …
