Blending cardio into strength training, way to go
Often, heavy lifting and the image of cardio do not mix. Powerlifters and Olympic lifters often do little cardio if any at all.
But there are fun ways to incorporate cardio into strength training. Crossfitters find ways to mix, and so do strongmen gyms.
Try something different. Do supersets where your only rest is when your partner lifts. Start with 25 to 30 reps on each of the first sets.
