AbbVie Inc. must pay $150 million to a man who alleges the company fraudulently misrepresented the serious health risks its drug AndroGel poses on consumers.Fairview, Ore.-based plaintiff Jesse Mitchell’s federal suit against the North Chicago-based pharmaceutical company alleges it engaged in a massive national campaign to market the testosterone-replacement drug and “purposefully downplayed, understated and outright ignored” its potential for serious side effects and health risks such as heart attack …
