Partial amputee settles for $2.25M after crash

A man whose leg required partial amputation after a car-on-motorcycle crash has settled his Kendall County lawsuit for $2.25 million.Plaintiffs Daniel DiGuido and his wife Amy sued the estate of Alan Duggan in 2015, alleging Duggan failed to yield the right of way to DiGuido before striking and injuring him that July.Duggan, a retired schoolteacher, was executing a left turn into his driveway from westbound Fox Road in Yorkville when his SUV collided with DiGuido, who was traveling eastbound on his motorcycle.The …
