A Jackson County jury has awarded $2.3 million to a man who suffered a shoulder injury and abnormal-scarring condition after dodging to avoid getting struck in a rear-end collision.Plaintiff Frank Adams worked as an Illinois Department of Transportation flagger at the time of the incident.
