A woman does not have a case for malicious prosecution against an ex-boyfriend who filed a frivolous lawsuit accusing her of tricking him into believing they were married, a federal judge held.In a written order this week, U.S. District Judge Manish S. Shah dismissed the suit Leticia Villarreal filed against Jonathan I.
