Settled asbestos case gets new judge after high court’s order

A wrongful-death asbestos suit that was resolved nearly two years ago is set to receive a new Cook County judge Tuesday after the state’s high court removed the case from the judge who effectuated its settlement.Cook County Circuit Judge Daniel J.
