Almost 50 years after U.S. Navy crew members were captured aboard their ship and tortured by North Korea, a Chicago attorney has helped the crew members and their families receive a nearly $9 million award.Kevin J. Conway, a partner at Cooney and Conway, got involved with the case in 2016.
