Lauren P. Duncan is a staff writer at the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, covering the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission, law schools and Big Law.

Lauren is a native of Dix, a small town in southern Illinois. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2012, where she studied journalism. She earned her master’s degree in public affairs reporting from the University of Illinois at Springfield in 2014.

Prior to joining the Law Bulletin, Lauren reported for the Mt. Vernon Morning Sentinel and interned at Illinois Times in Springfield. She most recently worked at The Paducah Sun in Kentucky, where she covered government and politics.
