Continuing a string of lateral partner hiring, McDermott, Will & Emery LLP said Monday it has added Terrence J. Dee, a first-chair trial lawyer and former partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.Dee, a product-liability litigator currently defending a mass-tort case regarding the health effects of cellphones, is the 15th partner McDermott has added worldwide since April 1.
