Mel Reynolds, a Chicago Democrat who served in the U.S. House of Representatives and also served time in prison, faces trouble again.A federal grand jury Thursday indicted Reynolds on charges of failing to file income tax returns for 2009 through 2012.The bare-bones indictment says Reynolds in each of those years “received gross income in excess of the amount required to file an income tax return” but does not allege a specific amount of income.Each of the four counts carries a maximum penalty of one year in …
