Judge: Release CPD shooting video by Wednesday

A Cook County circuit judge has ordered the Chicago Police Department to release a video depicting a CPD officer shooting a 17-year-old teenager 16 times on or before next Wednesday, Nov. 25.The ruling is a major defeat for the city of Chicago, which has fought for months to prevent the video’s release.The city has indicated it won’t file an appeal in the case with the 1st District Appellate Court.
