Federal court honors graduates of diversion programs

On Monday, Chicago’s federal district court honored the graduates of two treatment programs for behavioral and health problems as an alternative to prosecution.Five individuals graduated from the James B. Moran Second C.H.A.N.C.E Program, and six veterans completed the Veterans Treatment Court.Named after former federal judge James B. Moran, the Second C.H.A.N.C.E.
