Simmons Hanly Conroy attorney to co-lead national opioid lawsuits

A federal judge in Ohio has appointed Paul J. Hanly Jr. as co-lead counsel to oversee the national multidistrict litigation against opioid manufacturers.Hanly, a founding member of Simmons Hanly Conroy LLC, headquartered in downstate Alton, will join co-counsels Joseph F. Rice, of Motley Rice LLC, in Mount Pleasant, S.C., and Paul T.
