Illinois consumers will soon receive financial compensation as part of an approximately $190 million settlement against liquid-crystal display manufacturers.The attorney general’s office announced last week that state residents who submitted vouchers showing they purchased products with an LCD screen between 1998 and 2006 could expect to receive $67 for a television, $51 for a monitor, $41 for a notebook computer and $5 for a cellphone.
